Request VDAT Account Deletion
If you created an account for the Volunteer Data Acquisition Tool (VDAT) and would like to request deletion of your account, please contact SCTAI using the email below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email from the email address associated with your VDAT account and include the subject line:
VDAT Account Deletion Request
Send the request to: Nick@sbnf-tai.com
What to Include
Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, and any club or organization affiliation that may help us identify the correct account.
SCTAI may need to retain certain volunteer records when required for administrative, compliance, reporting, or program history purposes.
Data That May Be Deleted
Account information and app-related profile details may be deleted or deactivated where appropriate. Some submitted volunteer records may be retained if they are part of completed workday reporting, compliance documentation, or required program records.
